We totally recommend this accommodation, the hotel was clean. The rooms were air conditioned and reasonably large with particularly good views. Great and easy location. The staff was willing to help.

Bed was good

Our key wouldn't work well, front desk said they would send someone up to work on reader. We waited in hallway for 5-10 minutes and no one came. We kept fiddling with key until we got in. Aggravating! Front desk was very nice tho.

The location was great and easy, not too far from City Center. The very pleasant and outstandingly accommodating staff was willing to help with any requests. They helped us get a shuttle to-and-from the airport.

Almost perfect!

The hotel offers great service and has well-equipped rooms with all electronics and a bathroom. It is in an excellent setting close to restaurants, the center of Columbus, the Capitol, museums, and trails along the river.

Didn't have a very good continental breakfast but was understable due to new restaurant construction, overall would definitely stay there again

I had a great stay at this hotel and would love to stay here again. The rooms are beautifully decorated with brand-new amenities and an excellent view. It was nice to have a coffee maker and two queen beds in the room. The location is fantastic and quiet, and not too far from the Brewery District. Plus, the restaurant in the hotel is amazing for dinner.

It is being re-done and the new stuff is really great. New tubs, etc. Quiet operation of AC. Location was perfect. Parking was accessible yet somewhat protected.

Still looks like an older hotel from the outside but I imagine this will change when they finish with the inside.

Most folks at the desk were very friendly... thank you for the cold water, a good complement to my morning walks to the convention center

Your green policy wasn't very effective: I kept trying to leave towels on rack so that you would not pick them up and leave fresh ones, but it seemed to not work most days .... Too bad your pool had no water in it

The location of this hotel is fantastic! I was able to walk to many great restaurants and attractions. The bed was comfortable and the linens were clean. Although there was no microwave in the room, the snacks downstairs were a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel.

Well elevator kept breaking down and due to high number of guests took long time to get to room.but most of all restaurant closed due to construction was huge problem

Shuttle driver was great...he took us to pick up our rental car and was really helpful. Hotel was very quiet even though we were right next to the elevator. Great location in downtown Columbus.

Thoroughly enjoyed my pleasant stay for the weekend. The rooms were brand-new and air conditioned for all electronics kept by the amiable staff. The hotel was in a magnificent location really close to other attractions.

My husband and I had a really enjoyable 1-night stay here. The staff was superbly friendly. The breakfast was great with sausage and orange juice, worth the price.

We'd definitely recommend this place and plan on coming back in the future. Thanks a lot for providing such a great stay during our daughter's visit to Capital Law School! 😊
